Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Accounts Assistant/Finance Assistant or similar role.
• Strong AP and AR experience.
• Experience with reconciliations and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Managing customer invoicing, receipts and allocations.
• Supplier and customer account reconciliations.
• Following up on outstanding payments and queries.
• Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assisting with month-end close, including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Supporting intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Assisting with VAT returns and other compliance requirements.
• Supporting management reporting and wider finance projects.
• Maintaining the fixed asset register.
• Assisting with audits and providing supporting documentation.
• Using Excel and Power BI to assist with reporting and data analysis.
