Job summary

Xeinadin in Kildare, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a varied portfolio management role with monthly management accounts, year-end accounts and advisory work for SME clients. You will report to the Director/Partner and help mentor trainees and seniors within a collaborative team.

You will contribute to practice development, identify operational efficiencies, and participate in strategic development with senior management.

Qualifications

ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified or part qualified with over 2/3 years experience.
Experience in working across a diverse client portfolio.
Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Positive can-do attitude and a team player.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts and cashflow projections.
Yearend accounts and financial statement preparation.
Reviewing the work of trainees to develop their abilities and delivery of completed files for director/ partner review.
Mix of SME advisory work and projects as required, due diligence for company sales or assisting clients with acquisitions.
Work with leadership on practice development, as Xeinadin grows and transforms identifying operational efficiencies and improvement and working with senior management on strategic development.
