Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience within a professional practice environment.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Comfortable working independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio, preparing management accounts and financial statements.
• Provide high-quality accounting and advisory services, building strong client relationships.
• Guide and support junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of Irish GAAP

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Surf Accounts, Sage)

Strong understanding of Irish tax compliance

Mentoring junior colleagues

Highly organized and detail-focused

Education

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
