Senior Accountant/Finance Manager - Tallaght

Join a leading PLC organisation in huge growth mode for a Senior Accountant/Finance Manager role in one of their Tallaght entities. They are looking for someone coming from either industry or small – medium sized practice who enjoys working on site and dealing with people on a daily basis. Salaries are circa €50,000 - €62,000 depending on years experience and PQE. This organisation offers fantastic career progression and ability to progress to FC level quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Focus

• Reviewing costs and implementing processes where savings can be made.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure the HOD`s understand departmental KPIs.
• Review margins and highlight where improvements can be made.
• Preparation and review of weekly revenue & payroll forecasts – review of actual v forecast
• Prepare Weekly year end forecasts.
• A prominent & leading involvement in the month end process.

Month End

• Prepare the Month end lead schedule and agree with FC.
• Creditor Management.
• Ensure all journals are processed and appropriately reviewed.
• Reconcile all balance sheet control accounts including accruals and prepayments.
• Debtor Management.
• Electronic Balance Sheet Reconciliation workbook completed.
• Ensure the monthly Management Accounts show a fair reflection of trade both current and future
