Job summary

Ward & Burke seeks an experienced Technical 3D Visualisation Designer in Ireland. You will join a small, fast-paced team transforming site knowledge and engineering concepts into clear visuals for tenders, procedures, and deliveries.

You will collaborate with engineers and site crews, producing rendered imagery, animations, and interactive content while driving innovation with AI-enabled workflows and new tools. This role blends site work with Galway Head Office duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in 3D visual communication, architectural visualisation, gaming, technical design, or a similar technical role.
• Be a confident communicator who is resourceful and shows initiative.
• Must be interested in how things are built and willing to learn new processes.
• Experience using AI tools within your workflow.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers, managers, and site teams to understand how projects are planned and delivered.
• Turn site knowledge and technical information into clear visual outputs for tenders, engineering details, and company procedures.
• Develop outputs as rendered imagery, documents, animations, or interactive experiences.
• Create 3D models to the required technical standard, process as-built models, and optimise existing library assets.
• Develop technical 3D scenes and compositions ready for rendered or interactive output.
• Use AI-assisted workflows within 3D modelling, rendering, image generation, post-processing, and content creation.
• Research and implement new tools and AI technologies to improve team capability and efficiency.
