Tender Animator / 4D Planner at Collen Construction in Dublin, D, IE. This full‑time on‑site role supports preconstruction and bid activities. The position focuses on translating complex delivery strategies into clear motion and visual narratives that show, stage‑by‑stage, how a project will be built with accuracy and client clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 4D tender animations aligning construction sequencing with design models and programmes.
• Build visual simulations that reflect logistics, phasing, access, commissioning, trade interfaces, and client constraints.
• Interpret programme logic from planners and convert it into structured visual timelines.
• Integrate 3D/BIM models, construction drawings, and staging plans into coherent animations.
• Work with planners, bid teams, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and realism.
• Produce short, clear visual explainers for stakeholder presentations and tender interviews.
• Maintain version control and a structured digital workflow for iterative bid changes.
• Provide visual support for technical narratives, methodology documents, and procurement strategies.
• Support and mentor other VDC team members.
• 4D tender animations for major bids across Europe; visual simulations of logistics routes, laydown zones, tower crane movements, and commissioning windows.
• Stage‑by‑stage storytelling for interviews, client workshops, and internal decision reviews.
• Translate early designs into delivery pathways that are believable and professional.
