Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Mechanical Designer to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering complex facilities, including semiconductor manufacturing and data centres. You will produce construction documents and design HVAC systems under supervision, using Revit and AutoCAD, while coordinating with electrical, structural, and process disciplines.

The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering degree or diploma, strong English, and a track record in Mech/HVAC design for industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years project experience with a 3rd level degree in engineering.
• Mech/HVAC designer with 5+ years' experience.
• Diploma in building services/mechanical engineering or related.
• Semiconductor experience preferable for large-scale facilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related tools.
• Strong Mech/HVAC design experience in industrial/advanced tech.
• Excellent English, written and spoken; BIM readiness with REVIT.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction documents with a team of engineers and designers.
• Design Mechanical/HVAC services in Revit & AutoCAD under supervision.
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, architectural and process teams.
• Follow CAD/BIM standards and provide technical support to engineers.
• Perform quality checks for 2D/3D Mech/HVAC deliverables.
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced team with multiple deadlines.
