Job summary

Seedtech is hiring Production Technicians to operate seed processing and packaging lines across multiple Waterford locations. This full-time role (39 hours/week) requires handling cereal seed products and maintaining quality, safety, and traceability standards.

Salary is €36,605–€40,000 per year. Ideal candidates have experience with seed processing, equipment checks, and a good mechanical aptitude, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in seed processing, grain handling, or related manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety, quality assurance and meeting production targets during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate seed cleaning, grading, treating, drying, and packaging equipment.
• Support processing, storage, and dispatch of cereal seed products.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on machinery.
