Job summary

QCIC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage mobilisation and delivery of access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance installation projects across the UK & Ireland.

You will work under a project manager, coordinate with installation teams, and travel regionally to sites while maintaining quality and client standards. Strong multitasking, communication and ability to travel frequently are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification in Lenel or Milestone or equivalent security systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally to complete surveys and site surveys.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning aligning with client design basis.
• Provide onsite and remote support to subcontractors during commissioning.
• Validate designs against client technical standards and prepare documentation.
• Coordinate with IT, power, fire, security teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly project reports and participate in meetings.
