Position

Security Operative (Night shift)

Department: Security

Reporting to: Loss Prevention Manager

Location: Adare Manor, Adare, Co. Limerick

Overview: Responsible for the prevention of anything that is likely to cause loss, waste, damage or inconvenience to the company, its staff or its guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
• Control access to buildings and facilities.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Write accurate and detailed incident and shift reports.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
• Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.

• To carry out 'hands on' training with current team members in order to grow skills and achieve the standards defined.

Occasional Responsibilities

• To work in other locations or departments on a temporary basis as designated when required.
• To be available to work nights, evenings, weekends on occasion when required in order to ensure Resort standards/requirements are met.
• To carry out any other reasonable task requested of you by a member of the leadership team.
