Expectations of this position:

  • Complete all required training for the specific site satisfactorily.
  • Perform all tasks and duties as outlined in the published Assignment Instructions (AI’s).
  • Regularly review the Assignment Instructions to stay updated and suggest improvements.
  • Report any Health & Safety hazards immediately.
  • Remain alert to threats or changes to prevent disruption, loss, or damage.
  • Use common sense and involve others if a threatening situation arises.
  • Record incidents accurately in a notebook promptly for reporting purposes.
  • Wear the provided uniform properly, ensuring it is clean and pressed, and maintain good personal hygiene.
  • Be courteous and professional with team members, customers, and the public.

Security Officer Specification:

  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Good PC skills.
  • Previous experience is desirable but training will be provided.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
