You will own governance, data quality, controls, and the operating model, guiding a seasoned team and partnering with investment, operations, finance, risk, compliance, reporting and technology.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of data governance/ data management in financial services.
• Experience leading a data, operations, or Security Master team.
• Private markets or private debt experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Master data governance for the private debt business.
• Lead data quality initiatives and implement controls and metrics.
• Partner with investment, operations, risk, and technology stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the Security Master team, setting priorities.
• Document data definitions, ownership, lineage, and procedures.
