Job summary

Notion is seeking a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own scalable controls across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, collaborating with IT, GRC, and Detection & Response.

You will build automation with Python and Terraform, strengthen MFA and SSO, and help protect employees, devices, and data as Notion grows. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration on Anchor Days across offices in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve scalable security controls across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure.
• Experience building automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and governance.
• Familiarity with Okta and Google Workspace for secure identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core security controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS.
• Partner with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve security foundations.
• Support SOC 2, ISO 27001 and customer audits as a byproduct of engineering.
• Lead investigation and response for security incidents like phishing or device compromise.
