Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Information Security Compliance Professional to support governance, risk and regulatory requirements across the organization, focusing on policies, audits and control maturity.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in IT security, IT audit or compliance, with GDPR knowledge and strong stakeholder skills to drive risk-based decisions with legal, technology and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in IT security, IT audit or compliance roles.
• Experience with GDPR and similar data privacy frameworks.
• Ability to influence change and communicate with stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal, external, client and regulatory audits and drive readiness across teams.
• Own PCI DSS, SOC 2 and SOX programs with governance and improvement.
• Guide client security due diligence responses and maintain evidence repositories.
