Job summary

Stericycle is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Class C driver) to join the transport team in Ireland. The role involves collection, movement, and destruction of confidential waste for diverse clients, with a 40-hour week across 4 days.

You will issue certificates of destruction and manage documentation using a handheld terminal, ensuring secure handoffs and accurate reporting. The position requires a Class C licence with CPC, and the ability to lift heavy loads; Junior and Leaving

Qualifications

• Relevant driving experience and a Class C licence with a full driver CPC card.
• Ability to undertake heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
• Excellent reading and written communication for daily reporting sheets.
• Good customer service with flexibility around working hours.

Responsibilities

• Collect, move and unload confidential waste paper and electronic storage devices.
• Reconcile documentation and issue a certificate of destruction via hand-held terminal.
• Ensure no material escapes during transfer to the shred truck and while shredding.
• Maintain secure truck gates and record shred Completion time for clients.
