Job summary

JD Sports Ireland Navan is seeking a Seasonal Store Colleague to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience during the festive period. You will assist customers, replenish stock, maintain store presentation, and collaborate with colleagues to support peak trading times.

The role offers flexible shifts, a friendly team environment, and opportunities to develop retail skills during a busy period. Enthusiasm for helping customers and a can-do attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Support the achievement of store and team objectives through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Replenish stock and help ensure products are available and presented in line with company standards.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas remain clean, organised and well maintained.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required, to contribute to the successful operation of the store during peak trading periods.
