Overview

Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant! This seasonal contract covers 10 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for 3 months. The contract ends on 04.01.2026. The stores involved include Limerick Crescent Center. The role offers a competitive pay rate of €15.40 per hour, a bonus scheme, generous employee discount, jewellery uniform allowance and other benefits. The role

From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be Pandora’s brand ambassador. You can discuss your preference between two focus areas, with some crossover depending on day-to-day store needs.

Sales
  • Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
  • Personalised connections: confidently engage with customers, adapting to their preferences and needs
  • Product knowledge: demonstrate Pandora expertise to deliver memorable customer experiences
Operations
  • Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers
  • Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory
  • Wrap gifts, engrave jewellery, and load gift cards

Important notes

  • Contracts will end on 04.01.2026
  • You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the contract, including weekends and holiday periods. We will distribute these days fairly and you won’t be required to work all of them.
  • Any accrued annual leave will be in line with entitlement; during the peak season no annual leave will be approved.
