Seasonal Sales Assistant

Exciting opportunities for a Flexible Position have come up in our Galway Mans Headford Road store. We are looking for highly motivated and experienced retail associates who love men's fashion.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Confident, approachable and enthusiastic person who is great talking to people
• Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
• Well organized
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and evenings

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products & cooperating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Achieving KPI's & operational expectations
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
