Job summary

Kinisla is seeking a Seasonal Operator at our Charleville site, Co. Cork. The role is full-time and seasonal, with rotating day, evening and night shifts. Overtime and weekend work may be available with higher pay during peak periods, spanning mid-January to November.

You will work in production areas, operating machinery, and supporting quality checks while following health and safety guidelines. Previous food manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Operator at our Kinisla site in Charleville, Co. Cork.


This is a full-time, seasonal position, with rotating day (08:00-16:00), evening (16:00-00:00), and night (00:00-8:00) shifts. During periods of increased demand, opportunities for overtime and weekend work will be available with increased pay rate. The season lasts from mid-January to November.


As a Seasonal Operator, you'll play a key role in our operations, with the chance to work in different areas of our site depending on your skills and training. Any previous experience as a production operative, warehouse operative, forklift operative, line operative or machine operator will be an advantage.


What will I be doing?


  • Working as part of a team in production areas, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes

  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively

  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines

  • Assisting with quality control checks on ingredients and finished products

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintaining accurate production records


What do I need to be successful?


  • You will be a dependable team player who is motivated by the ability to add value and by championing collaboration and teamwork

  • You will show great attention to detail, helping to maintain efficient production processes and high-quality standards

  • You will have great communication skills, demonstrate fluency in English, and show motivation to learn

  • Experience in food manufacturing environment will be an advantage
