Pandora Jewelry in Dublin seeks a Seasonal Customer Service Assistant to support customers across phone, email and social media. As the first point of contact you will resolve queries and guide shoppers through product choices.

Based in Blackrock, this part-time role runs Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm. You will monitor feedback, coordinate with fulfilment on orders, returns and refunds, and keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Empathetic with a customer-centric approach.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Monitor online reviews and respond to feedback.
• Work with fulfilment to resolve order issues and stock queries.
• Track order statuses and update customers on delivery/returns.
• Process returns and refunds per policy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide product information and assist customers in choosing items.
• Adhoc duties as requested by management.
