Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially within financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
• Comfortable coaching across varying agile maturity levels.

Overview

Galway - 1 week per month onsite. Global Financial Services. 12 month initial contract - strong daily rate.

We’re working with a leading global financial services firm who are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their Dublin-based team on a 12-month daily rate contract.

Responsibilities

• Champion Agile principles and best practices across multiple squads
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Coach and support Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams
• Drive continuous improvement across tooling, workflows, and team dynamics
• Remove delivery blockers and embed a culture of accountability and value-led delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders globally

About You / Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially within financial services or similarly regulated sectors
• Comfortable coaching across varying agile maturity levels
• Confident facilitating agile delivery in hybrid and globally distributed teams
• Scrum / SAFe / Agile certifications desirable
