Qualifications

• 3+ years Accounts Receivable/Collections experience, preferably in a Global Service Center.
• Knowledge of Collections & Accounts Receivable processes and principles.
• Proficiency in English and one additional European language.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process collections from customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
• Escalate collections issues to the appropriate party.
