Job summary

Trinseo is seeking a Collections Analyst in Dublin to manage the collection of revenue from customers. This role includes investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, as well as coordinating with other functions.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and have 3+ years of related experience. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Accounts Receivable/Collections or related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English & 1 additional European language.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process collections from Trinseo customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and coordinate to obtain outstanding payments.
