Job summary

SAP SE is seeking a Business Processes Associate Consultant to support process analysis and transformation initiatives in a globally distributed delivery hub in Dublin. The role focuses on mapping processes, gathering requirements, testing scenarios, and enabling change management under experienced guidance.

You will work with AI/ML capabilities within SAP, including Joule Copilots, Assistants, and advanced agent development, to deliver high‑value outcomes for SAP's clients.

Qualifications

• Curious and analytical mindset with enthusiasm for business process analysis and transformation.
• Hands‑on AI/ML experience in SAP landscape including LLMs, RAG apps and Knowledge Graph integration.
• Experience building and deploying SAP Joule Copilots/Assistants and no‑code Joule Studio for rapid development.
• Data integration and migration experience with SAP BDC, Datasphere, SAC, DBX, and BDC Connect.

• Support business process consulting engagements under guidance, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Contribute to scenario testing and change management activities to translate visions into viable solutions.
• Collaborate with a global team to deliver industry‑leading practices and measurable client outcomes.

You have a curious, analytical mindset and genuine enthusiasm for business process analysis and transformation. You’re ready to build your understanding of business process management, solution capabilities, and change management while supporting consulting engagements under guidance. You bring hands‑on AI/ML experience in the SAP landscape, including work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, and Knowledge Graph integration. You have built and deployed SAP Joule Copilots and Assistants, used the AI Golden Path for Pro Code agent development, and worked with Joule Studio for No Code development, Joule Skills, and the Vector Engine. Your data integration and migration experience covers SAP BDC as well as Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, DBX, and BDC Connect.
