Formación

• SAP SD & MM expertise essential for troubleshooting and training others.
• Experience applying CI frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence.
• Track record of improving workflows and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights for decisions and performance.
• Experience managing master data processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to lead projects, manage risks, timelines and stakeholders.
• Skilled in business analysis methods and Agile practices for complex change.
• Capable of coaching and engaging stakeholders across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and lead Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Act as SAP super user, maintaining SAP, Easyorder, Esker, and Salesforce to enhance functionality.
• Gather requirements with data analytics to assess processes and define best-practice IS solutions.
• Remove barriers and drive cross-functional collaboration for IS changes.
• Oversee end-to-end master data lifecycle ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs for CI and system performance.
• Create training materials and upskill employees on SAP practices.
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk management across IS services.
• Lead adoption of new processes and technologies with change management.
