Job summary

MOURI TECH PTE. LTD. in Ireland seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud (S4HC) & C4C Service Software Engineer to analyse requirements, design, develop and enhance SAP Service solutions.

The role supports implementation, Service Contract functionality, testing, issue resolution, technical documentation, training and post-go-live support.

Strong hands-on experience in S4HC, C4C Service and Service Contracts is required to drive design and deployment across plants and entities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Service and software development or implementation.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service (S4HC).
• Experience with SAP C4C Service.
• Experience with Service Contracts and In-house Repair functionality.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, solution design, testing and support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate into SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service solutions.
• Design, configure and enhance S4HC Service functionalities for new plants/entities and business processes.
• Design and implement S4HC Service Contract functionality and related software solutions.
• Extend SAP Service processes to meet evolving business requirements.
• Analyse existing software capabilities, identify enhancements, and develop solutions for SAP Service.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, solution designs, documentation and SOPs.
• Design, develop and support testing and validation procedures, including end-to-end testing and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications and integration requirements.
• Investigate and resolve software issues during implementation, testing and go-live support.
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements to SAP Service solutions.
• Conduct key-user training and provide technical guidance on S4HC and C4C Service functionalities.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud (S4HC) & C4C Service Software Engineer to analyse requirements, design, develop and enhance SAP Service solutions. The role will support implementation, Service Contract functionality, testing, issue resolution, technical documentation, training and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and user requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service (S4HC) software solutions, applying software engineering and system design principles.
• Research, design, develop, configure and enhance S4HC Service functionalities to support new plants, entities and business processes.
• Design and implement S4HC Service Contract functionality and related software solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Extend and enhance S4HC and SAP C4C Service processes and functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.
• Analyse existing software capabilities, identify enhancement requirements, and develop solutions to improve SAP Service processes and system functionality.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, solution designs, functional/technical documentation and SOP checklists.
• Design, develop and support software testing and validation procedures, including end-to-end testing, integration testing and defect resolution.
• Work with business stakeholders and relevant technical teams to define system specifications, performance requirements and integration requirements.
• Investigate and resolve software and system issues during implementation, testing and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Service and software/application development or implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service (S4HC).
• Experience with SAP C4C Service.
• Hands-on experience with Service Contracts and In-house Repair functionality.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, solution design, software enhancement, implementation, testing, validation and application support.
• Experience analysing user needs and translating them into technical and software solution requirements.
• Good understanding of software development, testing and system integration principles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and technical documentation skills.
