Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect (Solution, Technical, or Hybrid).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management.
• Experience delivering in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector).
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, solution design, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work across both functional and technical dimensions of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management solutions.
• Conduct prototyping and feasibility workshops to validate business requirements and solution approaches.
• Design and optimise case management workflows, processes, and service operations.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations, data models, and platform configurations follow best practices.
• Guide development teams on architecture, compliance, and delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and data governance requirements.
