Your job

As a Sales Specialist (Client Activation) in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll consult with prospective, new, and churned accounts in our small business segment, as you help them to activate their jobs on our website.

In this role, you'll receive daily prospects and have the opportunity to engage with clients through both phone and email channels. By effectively listening and understanding their unique needs, you'll be able to offer tailored solutions and present opportunities for their success in utilizing Indeed's products and services.

You will approach your interactions with clients with insight, respect, and an awareness of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Who you are
  • Proactively contact new clients and prospects to present offers
  • Educate and position several Indeed products to maximize success for SMBs and help them through the onboarding journey
  • Promote Indeed’s products & services and demonstrate the return on investment
  • Meet assigned quarterly goals including revenue and conversion
  • Deliver great client experiences and outcomes so clients are retained
  • Meet productivity standards set by the team & other health metrics
  • Educate clients on our products and ensure their accounts are optimized and clients are mindfully engaged and feature adoption is high
  • Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone or through Zoom
  • Assist with client re-engagement and re-activation
Who we are
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian, with strong verbal and written communication experience.
  • Proven influencing & sales experience with a customer focus
  • Great communication skills, including the propensity to effectively listen
  • Experience working well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities
  • Energized to produce a high volume of outbound calls each day influencing positive client outcomes

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
