About Your New Job
As a Sales Office Administrator, you will:
- You will be the first point of contact for client customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Speaking to customers about stock availability, status of orders and account enquiries in person, on video and over the phone.
- General office duties and cash handling.
What Skills You Need
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Administration or Order Administration
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Written & Oral Fluency in English.
