The Ballymascanlon Hotel and Golf Resort in Ireland is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for maternity cover (fixed 1 year). You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage campaigns, and lead the sales team to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or hospitality degree, 3–5 years in hotel sales and marketing, strong negotiation and leadership abilities, and proficiency with hotel software and digital marketing tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or hospitality or equivalent.
• 3–5 years hotel sales and marketing experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with hotel software and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities through corporate accounts and events.
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns for the hotel.
