Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Sales Manager for New Homes to drive sales on multiple schemes across North and West Dublin. The role requires experience in new homes sales, either from a developer or agency background, and offers a permanent position with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include launching schemes, pricing, coordinating viewings and snagging, and close liaison with estate agents and the development team to advance sales across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a property management/sales.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience in new homes sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Launch new schemes and input into marketing and sales of those schemes.
• Pricing vs similar schemes on the market.
• Liaise with house buyers to arrange viewings and handle sales enquiries.
• Arrange snagging appointments and coordinate with construction teams.
• Work with estate agents and development team to progress sales.
• Assist sales closings and track the sales process.
• Update purchasers on progress of new homes.
• Inspect properties to ensure snagging is progressed.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations once buyers move in and address issues.
• Provide high quality customer service, maintain daily logs, and prepare handover information manuals.
