Job Title: Sales Executive

Job description: Provide advice to existing and potential customers, and receive orders for services/products offered by the company. Upselling premium services/products to corporate clientele. Managing corporate client accounts and dealing with corporate clients in relation to sales of premium services including premium dining space. Supports website and social media platforms in relation to sales and marketing activities. Discusses customer requirements and advises them on the details and nature of the services/products being sold. Quotes prices, credit details, service delivery dates and payment arrangements. Makes follow up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders. Stays abreast of advances and innovations in hospitality sector and suggests possible improvements to product/service. Maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints. Business development activities. Make recommendations in relation to Business Process Improvements and implementation of hospitality related technology solutions to enhance business performance and increase profits of company. Set, monitor and achieve sales targets with the management team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste and other KPIs. To drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards in business performance and development. To achieve sales and business development targets with the management team in order to reach maximum sales while ensuring direct costs and labour costs are controlled. Minimum annual remuneration €35000 per year. Location of employment Unit 2 Royal Hibernian Way, Dawson Street, Dublin 2, D02 YK71
