Your new company

Your new company provides market-leading car finance solutions across Ireland. They offer a wide variety of finance, leasing and servicing products and aim to grow their network of dealer partners across the southern part of the country. This is a fixed-term contract based in Dublin West, although through travel and their highly flexible hybrid scheme, in-office requirements, your new company has minimal in-office requirements.

Your new role

As the new Sales Development Manager, you will take charge of growing the relationship with dealer partners across the south of the country. You will also continue to grow and nurture current relationships by acting as the trusted advisor to current and new dealer partners. You will ensure that key performance indicators are met, setting action plans and measurable objectives to maximise sales objectives. In meeting with new and current dealer partners, you will deliver a clear agenda and document actions to engage all stakeholders as agreed. You will also provide effective coaching and training to dealer partners as well as engage in regular financial reviews.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed as the new Sales Development Manager, you will have experience within an automotive financing environment. You will hold a financial qualification or be open to upskilling yourself and gaining relevant experience. You will have a strong background in sales, business development and achieving KPIs. You will have strong communication and relationship skills. As this role requires travel, you will be a self-starter comfortable working in a busy and flexible environment.
