We require a Business Development Executive to join our team to successfully drive sales in the Health & Wellbeing Screening Business working across schools, sporting organisations, corporate and public sector clients.

Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business development and account growth across AMS’s portfolio of health and wellbeing solutions. The role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and selling AMS’s services to, schools, sporting organization, corporate clients and public sector institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining and continuing to sell to an existing healthy client base.
  • Driving Sales and Business Development focusing on the Schools; Sporting Organisations, Corporate & Public sector clients.
  • This is a frontline quota-carrying sales role spanning initial pipeline development to successful closing of sales processes.
  • Drive a multi-channel sales strategy to new and existing accounts with increased focus on corporate & SME’s.
  • Manage sales activities on company CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Drive sales activities for an assigned geographic area (across Ireland) & to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
  • Work closely with sales & account management team to ensure a co-ordinated approach to some shared customers.
  • Lead on all stages of the sales process to include proposal, bidding, negotiation through to implementation and customer service.
  • To work as a team player alongside other team members ensuring a successful delivery of AMS solutions and services across different business units.
  • Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent AMS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, trends and competition.
  • Develop long term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record (3+ years) in Business Development / B2B sales role (healthcare, recruitment, wellness, or related sector an advantage).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong CRM System capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Full clean driving license required.
Package
  • Base Salary (€40-55k depending on experience) and Commission based on performance.
  • Travel allowance.
