Job summary

MACE Thomas Street in Limerick is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Sales Assistant. You will assist customers, handle till transactions, manage stock, and keep the store clean and well presented in line with company procedures.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work as part of a team, including weekends. Prior retail experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the till accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandised to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation to ensure product freshness.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and store appearance.
• Receive and check deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all health & safety and store operating procedures.
• Support colleagues and carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

MACE Thomas Street is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the store. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with merchandising and stock control, and help maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the store in line with company policies and procedures.
