Homesavers in Ireland is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards across daily operations.

You will inform customers about products, manage stock, operate tills, and help with deliveries and merchandising, ensuring correct pricing and promotions.

The role requires flexible weekends/evenings and a motivated, communicative approach to reflect our company values.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information on products, stock availability, and promotions.
• Operate tills and handle cash transactions.
• Merchandise and replenish stock as directed.
• Ensure pricing of goods, promotions, and offers is correct.
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling.
• Perform cleaning duties as required.
• Identify potential shortfalls affecting daily targets.
• Reflect company culture and policies in daily performance.

Sales Assistants ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of customer service to all our valued customers while ensuring that our high levels of store standards are maintained.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide information on our products to customers and the availability of stock and any special promotions
• Operate tills and handle financial transactions – Cash handling
• Merchandise and replenish stock as directed
• Ensure all goods/promotions / special offers are priced correctly
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling
• Undertake cleaning duties as required
• Identify in advance shortfalls that will affect the ability to meet daily operational targets.
• Continually develop an understanding of the Company’s culture, values, policies, procedures, products and reflect this in everyday performance
• Embrace and apply operational business changes on all occasions.
