Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking Sales Assistants to join our busy stores in Ireland. You’ll help create memorable moments for customers with a friendly, celebratory vibe, and you’ll be part of a team that makes every day special.

No retail experience is required — we provide full training. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and enjoy chatting with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity to start a rewarding role in a vibrant environment with flexible shifts across nearby stores.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more — we’re so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
