Job summary

Card Factory plc is looking for Sales Assistants to join our team in Ireland. You will be at the heart of our friendly store floor, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued as you help them find cards, wrap, and gifts.

No prior retail experience is required, but a friendly, approachable attitude and strong communication skills are essential. You’ll be trained fully and supported by a welcoming team in a busy, festive environment.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do — it’s our promise to them.

• Serve at the tills with a smile, making sure everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more — we’re so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
