The Sales team is the engine that fills our clinics. You'll convert inbound leads into consultations, follow up with prospects, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Treatment Coordinators and Practice Managers to grow each location. This is telephone-based, KPI-driven sales, but the product is healthcare, so empathy is non-negotiable.
Calling inbound leads and qualifying them
Outbound calls to prospect lists (Outbound role)
Booking consultations and treatment appointments
Tracking pipeline and conversion in CRM
Hitting daily / weekly / monthly KPIs
Following up with no-shows and warm leads
Sharing feedback to Marketing on lead quality
2+ years of sales experience (telephone-based / healthcare preferred)
Target-driven mindset and proven track record of hitting KPIs
Empathetic, ethical sales approach (healthcare context)
Strong CRM literacy (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent English communication
Resilient, coachable, growth mindset
Right to work in Ireland or the UK
This is a full-time role based in Dublin 2.
Typical working pattern may include early starts or late finishes to cover operating hours; flexibility is required.
The role requires weekend or bank holiday cover depending on operational needs.
