This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension subject to business needs.

Shifts may be scheduled across Monday to Sunday and can include a combination of core daytime, evening and weekend hours. Flexibility is essential, as working patterns will vary in line with customer demand and business needs throughout the festive season.

We’re looking for an Operations Customer Assistant to join our team at M&S Grafton Street. This is the role that keeps everything flowing behind the scenes, from deliveries and stock to making sure the shop floor is full, tidy, and ready for our customers.

It’s fast-paced, physical, and hands-on. You’ll be on your feet, moving stock, working deliveries, using digital tools, and supporting the wider store team wherever needed. No two shifts feel the same, so this is perfect for someone who likes being busy, working with purpose, and being part of a team that gets things done.
