Pinterest in Dublin is hiring for a Privacy Operations role. You will handle escalations, respond to user privacy inquiries, and collaborate with global teams to support privacy initiatives.

This position is based in-office in Dublin with occasional in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter. The role requires regulatory/trust & safety operations experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving policies.

What You’ll Do

• Support escalations and respond to privacy related inquiries and requests from users
• Work closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to support team projects and goals
• Analyze and interpret data trends, make recommendations based on trends identified
• Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve privacy operations and scaled process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance privacy and business objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Regulatory or Trust & Safety operations experience
• Ability to learn multiple sets of policies/processes and quickly adapt to changes
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements
• Experience working on cross-functional projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Zendesk or an internally built support or content moderation tooling is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices; Dublin, Ireland.
