Job summary

Murphy Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced Part Time Health and Safety Officer for a pharmaceutical project based in Dun Laoghaire. The role reports to the Project Site Manager and drives compliance with Health & Safety policies at the site.

The successful candidate will hold a Health and Safety Diploma or Degree (min Level 7), have 2–3 years on-site safety experience (construction preferred), and possess excellent written and verbal communication to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Health and Safety Diploma or Degree ( Min Level 7) is essential.
• 2 to 3 years on site Safety Officer experience, ideally in construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to promote and maintain a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Advise on overall compliance in matters of Health & Safety in accordance with policies and statutory provisions.
• Lead by example and serve as a role model in mobilising the team and ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety onsite.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Safety Officer for our pharmaceutical project based in Dun Laoighre. The role will report to the Project Site Manager and will be responsible for advising on overall compliance in matters of Health & Safety in accordance with our policies and relevant statutory provisions. The Safety Officer must lead by example and serve as a role model in mobilising the team and ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety are adopted onsite.

You will need

• Health and Safety Diploma or Degree ( Min Level 7) is essential
• 2 to 3 years on site Safety Officer experience, ideally in construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the construction industry
• Ability to promote and maintain a strong safety culture

Pay: €30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
