Job summary

Daon is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for the TrustX SaaS platform. You will coordinate multiple engineering teams to move releases from development through testing to production, ensuring reliability and high quality without hands‑on coding.

You will collaborate with Product, Architects, DevOps, QA, Pre‑Sales and Professional Services to guarantee deployments meet customer needs and run smoothly. This hybrid role requires 7+ years of enterprise software experience and strong

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and delivering enterprise software with multi-team releases.
• Fluency across SaaS stacks including front-end, back-end, mobile, QA and DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containers/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Java ecosystems (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST, Hibernate).
• Proficient with Git, GitHub Actions, Maven, Jenkins and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of multiple engineering teams to ensure smooth release through dev/qc/staging/prod.
• Plan and manage changes, acting as the calming force to minimize disruption.
• Own issue resolution, remove blockers, and escalate when needed.
• Lead release processes with QC, participate in bug scrubs and post‑release reviews.
• Partner with Pre‑Sales and Professional Services to align deployments with customer needs.
