Job summary

Oomnitza is seeking a Product Owner to drive throughput on our engineering teams. This tactical role involves organizing and prioritizing the backlog, identifying blockers, and minimizing disruptions.

You will work closely with the engineering team and support functions to ensure effective workflow and communication. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in an agile B2B SaaS environment, strong technical background, and excellent prioritization skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in an agile B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize across competing inputs.
• Technical literacy, able to read API specs and understand engineering tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the engineering team backlog.
• Identify blockers early and escalate to the right owner.
• Run engineering ceremonies to manage flow.
• Partner with Product Engineers to create user stories and delivery plans.
