Eudia Counsel is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Consultant with strong SaaS contracting experience to join our growing team. You'll work directly with Fortune 500 clients, leading negotiations on complex B2B commercial agreements and supporting customers through the review and negotiation of terms and conditions.

Formación

• 2+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• SaaS contracting experience, including software licensing and data processing agreements.
• Experience supporting deal cycles with sales teams while protecting the business.
• In-house legal/contracts management or procurement environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor and licensing agreements.
• Experience using contract templates, playbooks and standard negotiation guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify contractual risks.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and licensing arrangements.
• Support product integration, platform and partnership agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Collaborate with legal, commercial, product, procurement and engineering teams.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, clause libraries and standard negotiation guidance.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve contracting workflows and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
