Job summary

AstraZeneca seeks a SAP Quality & Compliance Lead to shape the quality strategy for the S/4HANA deployment and ongoing operations. You will own the quality plan across deployment, validation, and routine use, ensuring data integrity, regulatory alignment, and robust controls across SAP and connected systems.

You will collaborate with Quality, IT, and business teams, drive CAPAs and audits, and provide governance through cutover, go-live and hypercare to sustain a compliant, audit-ready ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in quality, compliance, validation or implementation governance within a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting SAP/S/4HANA and ERP transformation programmes in regulated settings.
• Strong knowledge of quality plans, change control, CAPA, audits, testing and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and manage the Quality Plan for SAP S/4HANA deployment and routine use.
• Implement quality and compliance strategies, policies, procedures and controls.
• Monitor quality performance, risks, issues, actions and audit findings across systems.
• Provide implementation assurance for SAP S/4HANA, interfaces, data flows, validation and go-live.
• Identify and address quality gaps; manage change controls and validation evidence.
• Collaborate with IT, system owners and business teams to embed quality across processes.
• Lead cutover, go-live and hypercare with robust quality controls and response actions.
• Maintain readiness for audits and inspections and ensure traceability and documentation.
