Job summary

PASSION E&C SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified RTO to oversee civil and structural works, ensure all regulatory endorsements are obtained, and supervise site activities in Ireland.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of experience, with accreditation by IES/ACES preferred. You will review contractor designs, supervise installations, monitor safety and environmental compliance, and coordinate formwork and instrumentation tasks to ensure timely, compliant

Responsibilities

• Provide all endorsements required by authorities.
• Supervise civil and structural works (permanent and temporary).
• Ensure contractors have necessary permits and clearances.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce corrective/preventive actions.
• Review formwork structures and formwork support systems.
• Review, supervise safety, environmental and health matters.
• Supervise instrumentation installation.
• Supervise sanitary and plumbing installations and pump drainage works.
• Review monitoring instrumentation and interpret results.
• Review contractor’s design and supervise all works.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil and structural works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structures, formwork support systems etc
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review the Contractor's design and supervise all works

Job Description & Requirements

The RTO shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.

• The RTO shall have minimum of Five (5) years engineering experience
