Job summary

NYX Hotels in Dublin seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas in a vibrant, urban hotel environment.

You will support the Head Housekeeper, ensuring rooms are spotless and well-presented for guests, while upholding the NYX branding and service standards. The role offers flexible working conditions with overtime opportunities and full training to help you progress within the Leonardo Hotels estate.

Qualifications

• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming to standard quality.
• Refreshing towels and linen as required.
• Cleaning bathrooms meticulously and reporting issues.

• Refresh towels and linen; change bed linen as needed.
• Clean bathrooms to hotel standards and ensure every bedroom is well-presented.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Head Housekeeper.

As a Room Attendant, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Housekeeper and keep our hotel clean as a whistle. We offer flexible working conditions with the opportunity for overtime. Full training will be provided so that you are confident to ensure that every bedroom and bathroom is clean and well-presented for our guests. Here are some of the key responsibilities for a Room Attendant: • Dusting, polishing, vacuuming • Refreshing of all towels and linen as required • Stripping and making beds • Cleaning bathrooms • Reporting any maintenance issues and safety hazards • Working as part of a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
