Position: Customer Delivery Representative

Location: Cork City, Co. Cork

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: €28,000 starting salary

A day in the life of an Initial Customer Delivery Representative:

Your working day starts and ends at home. You will service a variety of customers, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. You will carry out services at customer sites, including installation, fitting, collection, and exchange of units/products, ensuring excellent service. You will also identify opportunities for additional sales and meet company performance targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Drive and deliver all customer service requests professionally.
2. Provide regular updates and feedback to service management.
3. Ensure all stock and services supplied are suitable and appropriate.
4. Contribute to route planning for new customer service requirements.
5. Adhere to company Health and Safety policies.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

To be considered for the Customer Delivery Representative position, you should ideally have:
