The ideal candidate has experience in roofing or construction, a valid driver’s license, and is comfortable working outdoors. The position requires good physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in roofing, construction, or solar panel installation preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Familiarity with roofing tools and safety equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems is an advantage.
